| The
Torrance facility consists of an office structure which
houses ECI's corporate offices as well as a large
equipment yard. The facility is ideally located in the
backyards of the major refineries,
allowing for efficient
response and economics. The Torrance facility also provides a foundation for effectively supplying the entire Los Angeles Basin along with Orange County and San Diego County with environmental services. The Torrance facility is ECl's major "hub" for southern California, and serves as ECI's 24-hour emergency response dispatch center, through which all incoming ER calls are filtered.
