ECl's quality control,  health and safety, and dedicated employees are
paramount  to  the success of our projects  and  customer satisfaction.
Independent quality assurance/control programs along with health and
safety  programs  are  organized   within  the  company.    Our  internal 
Certified  Industrial  Hygienist  along  with  the  assistance of our Field- 
Health  and  Safety  Staff,  prepare  and enforce related programs and 
procedures  to  ensure that ECI employees, along with each customer, 
benefit  from  a  safe   working   environment.    The   ECI   program  is 
recognized  as  one  of  the  top  in   the   industry.    Two  fundamental
principles form the  foundation  of  ECl's    Health  and Safety Program : 

 All accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses are preventable.
If an operation cannot be done safely, ECI will not do it!
