ECI operates all of the equipment it uses on a project  and owns 95 percent of the equipment needed to complete the projects.   When ECI is on a  project,  the customer can be assured  that  well - maintained  equipment  will be utilized, providing   the   customer  with   reliable  service  and  cost efficiency.    ECI  maintains  an inventory of  the equipment needed  to  perform  project  tasks,   and when  necessary, pre qualified    subcontractors    are    utilized   to    provide specialized equipment.
